SCOTUS Investigates How N.Y. Inhibited Insurers From Working With NRA

The National Rifle Association (NRA) filed a First Amendment appeal with the Supreme Court on Monday. The appeal was directed at a New York financial regulator who had purportedly convinced banks and insurance companies to cut ties with the gun rights organization.

Indiana Parents’ Appeal Against Losing Custody Of Trans Teen Rejected By Supreme Court 

The Supreme Court declined to make a decision in the case involving an Indiana couple who lost custody of their teenage child who identifies as a transgender girl. The parents firmly believe that children should be raised according to their biological sex and not the opposite gender.
