NYC Man Arraigned On First-Degree Murder Charges In Death Of NYPD Cop Jonathan Diller

An ex-convict was arraigned on first-degree murder charges Tuesday in the traffic-stop shooting death of NYPD cop Jonathan Diller, Queens prosecutors said.
