Federal Appeals Court Delivers Final Blow To Biden’s $500M Student Loan Forgiveness Plan

The U.S. 8th Circuit Court of Appeals put an official end to former President Joe Biden’s student loan forgiveness plan on Tuesday.

Biden Admin Updates Its Student Debt Forgiveness Plan

Following the Supreme Court’s June decision to overturn President Joe Biden’s expansive debt relief proposal for the pandemic era, the Biden administration is now reportedly proposing a new plan to cancel student loans.

On Tuesday, the U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments regarding the legality of President Joe Biden’s attempt at cancelling student loan debts due the COVID-19 Pandemic.
