Calif. Gov. Newsom Signs Bill Banning Plastic Bags At Grocery Stores Into Law

Californians will no longer have the option to choose between paper or plastic shopping bags at the register when they check out from grocery stores, thanks to a new measure that was signed into law on Sunday by Governor Gavin Newsom.

Newsom Increases CHP Officers To ‘Inhibit Retail Crime’ During Holidays

A recent mandate from Democrat California Governor Gavin Newsom directed the California Highway Patrol (CHP) to better support countermeasures against a rise in retail crime during the Christmas season.
