First-Generation iPhone Sold At Auction For Over $190,000

An unopened first-generation Apple iPhone from 2007 was sold at an auction on Sunday for a record amount of $190,372, a price estimated to be more than 400 times its original retail price.

In-N-Out Bans Employees In 5 States From Wearing COVID-19 Masks

In a leaked memo, the popular California-based burger chain In-N-Out has banned some employees from wearing masks unless they present a medical note from a doctor, with the company’s reasoning stating that it prevents customers from “seeing their smiles.”

U.S. Orders Additional Deployment of Jets, Warships To The Middle East

With an increase in concerning Iranian activities, U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin has ordered additional F-35 and F-16 fighter jets, along with the destroyer USS Thomas Hudner, to the Middle East in a bid to monitor key waterways in the region following Iran’s seizure and harassment of commercial shipping vessels in recent months, according to the Pentagon.
