Norfolk Southern Agrees On $600M Settlement Over A Year After Ohio Train Derailment

Norfolk Southern has agreed to a $600 million settlement to resolve class action lawsuits filed after a freight train derailed in East Palestine, Ohio spilling more than a million pounds of highly toxic chemicals into the community.

Settlement Agreement Reached Between Disney, DeSantis-Backed Board

Disney and the state of Florida have reached a settlement agreement in their ongoing lawsuit about who controls Walt Disney World’s governing district, the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District board announced on Wednesday.

CVS To Pay Ohio $1.5M In Penalties Over Several Safety Issues
