Boy Scouts Announce Name Change for First Time in 114-Year History Amid Bankruptcy

The Boy Scouts of America will officially be changing its name for the first time in its 114-year history. The organization will soon be referred to as Scouting America.

Johnson & Johnson To Pay $6.5B To Settle Nearly All Talc Ovarian Cancer Lawsuits

Johnson & Johnson stated that they are planning to pay $6.5 billion to settle nearly all the lawsuits in the United States that have claimed talc-based products caused them ovarian cancer.

Norfolk Southern Agrees On $600M Settlement Over A Year After Ohio Train Derailment

Norfolk Southern has agreed to a $600 million settlement to resolve class action lawsuits filed after a freight train derailed in East Palestine, Ohio spilling more than a million pounds of highly toxic chemicals into the community.

Settlement Agreement Reached Between Disney, DeSantis-Backed Board

Disney and the state of Florida have reached a settlement agreement in their ongoing lawsuit about who controls Walt Disney World’s governing district, the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District board announced on Wednesday.
