SCOTUS Upholds Gun Restriction In Relation To Domestic Violence Restraining Orders

The U.S. Supreme Court upheld a federal statute on Friday that forbids those subject to domestic violence restraining orders from possessing firearms.

SCOTUS Declines To Hear Case On Maryland’s Rifle Ban

On Monday, the Supreme Court decided not to take up a challenge to a Maryland law that outlaws specific semi-automatic guns.

Tennessee: Legislature Passes Bill Allowing Teachers To Carry Firearms In Schools For Safety

Tennessee lawmakers have now passed a bill that will allow educators to carry guns on school grounds.

SCOTUS Agrees To Hear Case Regarding ‘Ghost Guns’

On Monday, the Supreme Court said that it would consider the topic of “ghost guns” and the appeal filed by the Biden administration to regulate self-assembled weapon kits like any other type of firearm.
