Newly sworn-in FBI Director Kash Patel is expected to be tapped by President Donald Trump to serve as the head of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF).

SCOTUS Declines Hearing Appeal Challenging Hawaii Gun Licensing Law

The U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS) has declined to take up a challenge to Hawaii’s handgun license law, which makes it a crime to carry handguns or ammunition in public without a license.
