Supreme Court allows Trump to end migrant “parole” protections

The Supreme Court ruled on Friday that the Trump administration will be allowed to revoke the temporary legal status of hundreds of thousands of Venezuelan, Cuban, Haitian and Nicaraguan illegal migrants living in the United States.

SCOTUS permits Trump admin to terminate TPS program for Venezuelans

Despite the loud disagreement from one of the court’s liberal justices, the Supreme Court issued an emergency order on Monday allowing the Trump administration to remove legal protections provided by the Biden administration to hundreds of thousands of Venezuelans.

The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) has yet again blocked President Donald Trump’s efforts to move forward with quicker deportations — under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act.

President Trump Weighs In On SCOTUS Birthright Citizenship Case

President Donald Trump addressed the birthright citizenship case being presented before the U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS) on Thursday — asserting that the original intent of the law was to confer benefits upon the descendants of slaves, rather than illegal aliens.
