Putin positions nuclear bombs in Belarus as warning to the West

Russian President Vladimir Putin confirmed that he has placed nuclear weapons in Belarus. He went on to explain that his reasoning for doing so was to send the West a reminder that it could not strategically defeat Russia.

41 killed in rebel attack on Ugandan school

A local mayor confirmed that authorities recovered the bodies of 41 individuals, including 38 students, who had been killed after suspected rebels attacked a secondary school near the border with Congo on Friday night.
