RNC Sues Nevada Over Mail-In Ballot Acceptance After Election Day

The Republican National Committee’s election integrity fight moves to Nevada where the RNC is suing over the state’s acceptance of mail-in ballots post-election day. Daniel Baldwin speaks with RNC attorney Christina Bobb on why this violates federal law.

Nevada: Republican Nat’l Committee Files Lawsuit To Prevent Counting Mail-In-Ballots After Election Day

In order to stop Nevada from counting mail-in votes received after Election Day—which the state’s current legislation allows—the Republican National Committee filed a federal lawsuit on Friday.
