Supreme Court approves new Texas Congressional map

The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled in favor of Texas Republicans’ newly redrawn congressional maps, which may give the GOP five additional seats in the House of Representatives.

Ohio approves new congressional map, giving GOP a boost

Lawmakers in Ohio voted unanimously for a new congressional map that would give the GOP a slight boost ahead of next year’s midterm elections.

DOJ sends federal election watchers to California for redistricting special election

The United States Department of Justice (DOJ) said that it plans to send federal poll watchers to California for its highly scrutinized election next month.
