NYC Mayor-elect Mamdani calls for Starbucks boycott amid nationwide workers strike

New York City Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani encouraged his social media followers to join him in boycotting Starbucks coffee shops during a union strike across the United States.

Starbucks union baristas walk out on holiday sales event in push for contract talks

More than 1,000 Starbucks unionized baristas in over 40 U.S. cities launched an open-ended strike on Thursday.
