Macy’s investors mount $5.8 billion buyout bid

An investor group consisting of Arkhouse Management and Brigade Capital has made a $5.8 billion offer to take department store chain Macy’s private.

Judge Issues Gag Order After Trump Posts About Court Clerk On Truth Social Platform

Judge Arthur Engoron, who is overseeing former President Donald Trump’s New York fraud trial, issued a limited gag order for all parties after Trump blasted the judge’s law clerk on Truth Social during the second day of the trial.

Texas Senate passes bill banning citizens from hostile nations from buying farmland
