Merriam-Webster Dictionary Unveils Almost 700 New ‘Modernized’ Words

Terminology like “beast mode,” “bracketology,” and “goated” are among the 690 new words that have been added to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary’s list of vocabulary words.

A brand-new species of dinosaur has been discovered on the Isle of Wight.

TSA testing facial recognition tech to tighten airport security

Picture this. A traveler approaches a security checkpoint at the airport, inserts their identification card into a slot, and faces a camera on a small screen. Without having to present their identity to the TSA agent, the screen then reads “Photo Complete,” and the person passes through.

New Minnesota law could place you on govt bias registry if you say COVID-19 came from China

During a discussion of new proposed measures, State Representative Harry Niska questioned if asserting that COVID-19 originated in China, or if commending Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling would constitute biased speech that could put individuals on a government database and watchlist.
