GOP anticipating ‘moderate’ Democrats to break ranks by backing plan to reopen govt.

Moderate Democrats have reportedly grown increasingly frustrated by their party’s leadership and may vote to end the government shutdown as tens of millions of Americans begin to lose out on social benefits.
