Eric Adams considers housing migrants in closed prison

New York City Eric Adams discussed housing migrants in a closed down Hudson Valley prison while on a call with county officials on Thursday.

Title 42’s Expiration Sees Influx of Chinese Migrants, Posing National Security Threats

As Title 42 expires and the United States sees mass illegal immigration from Mexico and South America, the influx of Chinese migrants is going under the radar and poses more of a security risk than many people realize.

Biden administration to appeal decision which blocks the release of migrants without dates

Attorneys of the Justice Department asked the United States District Court in the Northern District of Florida for an emergency stay on the two-week restraining order that was placed on the Biden administration policy on Thursday, saying that the Biden administration plans to appeal the 11th circuit decision.

Mayorkas: ‘border is not open’

After Title 42 was lifted on Thursday, the Biden administration have said that they have implemented “sweeping new policies” which are designed to restrict access into the United States.
