DOT Secy. Duffy: U.S. states that fail to enforce English Proficiency test for commercial drivers will lose federal funding

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy announced that U.S. states that do not comply with English Language Proficiency (ELP) test requirements for commercial drivers will face federal funding cuts. The announcement follows an August 12th incident, when an illegal alien from India caused a crash that killed 3 Americans.

House Republicans block GENIUS Act containing Epstein docs amendment, while MTG argues it would allow Dems to ‘control House floor’

The House voted down a procedural rule that would have allowed debate and a vote on the GENIUS Act, two related crypto bills—the CLARITY Act and the Anti‑CBDC Surveillance State Act—and the Defense Appropriations bill.

Official ‘Elmo’ social media account hacked, as disgruntled hacker admin spews antisemitism and Epstein-related demands

The official X account for Elmo, the beloved Muppet character on the children’s television show “Sesame Street,” became compromised on Sunday after a hacker successfully logged in and began posting antisemitic content — according to Sesame Workshop, the nonprofit behind the show.
