DOJ Says Hunter Biden Will Be Indicted On Gun Charges Later This Month

Towards the end of the month, Hunter Biden will be the subject of a federal grand jury indictment for his gun-related offenses, the Justice Department announced in a court filing on Wednesday.

Prosecutors Indicate Trial Likely After Hunter Biden Plea Deal Falls Apart

Federal prosecutors involved in the Hunter Biden criminal case indicated on Friday that a plea deal is unlikely to occur and the case will most likely be headed for trial.
