Hunter Biden’s Federal Gun Charge Sentencing Delayed Until December

Maryellen Noreika, the judge involved in Hunter Biden’s felony gun charges case, has agreed to postpone Hunter’s sentencing to December, according to a Thursday order.

Dershowitz: Judge Noreika Showed ‘Courage’ in Decision to Nix Hunter Biden Plea Deal

Hunter Biden’s plea deal unraveled Wednesday after a contentious federal court hearing. U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika adjourned the hearing so the Department of Justice and Hunter Biden’s legal team could rework the deal to her liking.

Hunter Biden Release Conditions

As part of his release conditions, a federal judge ordered Hunter Biden to get a job after he pleaded “not guilty” to the tax charges he was facing as his plea deal fell apart on Wednesday.

Giuliani Non-Profit Requests Federal Judge To Deny Hunter Biden’s Plea Deal

Rudy Giuliani, former New York City mayor who also worked as Trump’s attorney, has joined the nonprofit research group Marco Polo in an effort to urge Federal Judge Maryellen Noreika to throw out Hunter Biden’s plea deal.
