What comes next after Supreme Court strikes down OSHA vaccine mandate?

The Supreme Court struck down Joe Biden’s OSHA vaccine mandate, essentially saying the executive branch does not have the authority to issue such a rule. That mandate would have affected an estimated 84 million workers employed by companies with 100 employees or more people. Sen. Johnson announces re-election bid amid Democrat threats
