For The First Time, A Transgender Wins Miss Maryland Beauty Pageant

Bailey Anne became the first transgender to win the Miss Maryland USA contest. Anne becomes the first transgender to hold the title, along with being the first Asian-American and the first “military officer’s wife” to represent the state.

Cruz Says RFK Jr. Should Be Offered Secret Service

Texas Senator Ted Cruz urged the secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Alejandro Mayorkas, to approve presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s (RFK Jr.) request for additional protection from the Secret Service.
