House GOP Rolls Out Access To View January 6 Footage

On Friday, House Republicans published a guideline allowing “first come, first served” access for qualified individuals to view security footage from the U.S. Capitol breach on January 6th, 2021.

On Monday, U.S. Judge Tanya S. Chutkan questioned the necessity of a protracted wait before former President Donald Trump’s trial in Washington, D.C., and she compared the January 6th Capitol breach to the devastating 9/11 terrorist attacks and the Boston Marathon bombing.

Donald Trump’s trial in Washington, D.C., regarding allegations of attempting to overturn the 2020 presidential election has been set for March 4th, 2024, according to U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan.
