House GOP Leadership Holds Press Conference

House GOP leadership held a press conference on Tuesday, outlining their efforts to secure the border, eliminate waste, fraud, and abuse in the federal government, and address key issues in the reconciliation bill. They also emphasized the need to codify aspects of President Donald Trump’s executive orders.

Immigration Law Attorney: Birthright Citizenship Hinges On The Definition Of ‘Jurisdiction Thereof’

The Immigration Reform Law Institute argues that to be a United States citizen at birth under the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, a person must be born in the United States to parents who were legally residing in the country at the time of the birth.

Immigration Reform Law Institute is examining laws that allow illegal immigrants to vote in elections saying such laws could lead to “planned erosion and dismemberment” of the United States.
