A whistleblower has come forward alleging the Department of Justice and FBI have a document that details a criminal bribery scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national, according to House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer and Sen. Chuck Grassley.

The House Oversight Committee has issued a subpoena for an FBI document that a whistleblower has claimed links President Joe Biden to a bribery scheme with a foreign national during his time as Vice President.
