Mortgage rates drop to lowest levels of 2025

This week, mortgage rates fell to their lowest level of the year.

Calif. bill to turn burned Pacific Palisades homes into affordable housing paused

A controversial California Senate bill aimed at bringing more affordable housing to the Pacific Palisades has been put on pause.
