A California Law Barring The Carrying Of Firearms In Most Public Places Is Blocked Again

A recent California legislation that prevents people from carrying firearms in the majority of public places was once again obstructed from taking effect as a court case contesting it continues.

Colorado Raises Gun Buying Age To 21

A new Colorado law will raise the legal gun buying age from 18 to 21 years of age on Monday.

Tennessee school safety plan

Governor Bill Lee has announced additional actions and details that are aimed at strengthening safety across public and private schools in the state of Tennessee.

Minnesota ban on permit to carry law for those under 21 struck down

A Minnesota judge has sided with the Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus and struck down the ban which prohibit those under 21 years of age from obtaining gun permits.
