Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals judges rejected Louisiana’s request to enforce its long-stalled Congressional redistricting map — ruling that the plan amounts to unconstitutional racial gerrymandering.

Arnold Schwarzenegger trains to ‘terminate’ Gov. Newsom’s gerrymandering

Former California GOP Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is actively opposing Governor Gavin Newsom’s redistricting plan, which many say amounts to gerrymandering. He has joined the effort to challenge the plan.

N.C. Supreme Court permits political gerrymandering

The Supreme Court of North Carolina has reversed a previous decision that found political gerrymandering to be unlawful, paving the way for state Republicans to redraw the state’s congressional boundaries.
