HHS confirms migrant child death in U.S. custody

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) have confirmed on Friday that a migrant teen died while in American custody this week. This is reportedly the second of such migrant deaths in two months.

Idaho mom found guilty in murders of her 2 children, husband’s first wife

Lori Vallow Daybell has been found guilty by a jury of murdering two of her children in what the prosecution said was a doomsday scheme and plotting the murder of both his first wife and her children.

California reparations commission wants to rewrite state constitution, making racial discrimination legal

The California Reparations Task Force has officially recommended that the state legislature repeal a constitutional provision that forbids the government from discriminating against or giving preferential treatment to someone based on their race.

Virginia judge overturns federal law prohibiting sale of handguns to under 21

An unlawful regulation prohibiting licensed federal weapons dealers from selling handguns to young adults under 21 was found in violation of the Second Amendment, according to a federal judge in Virginia.

Russian woman leaves disparaging letter on Putin’s parents’ graves gets jailed

A St. Petersburg woman who wrote on President Vladimir Putin’s parents’ grave that they had “raised a freak and a killer” has received a two-year sentence with probation on Thursday from a Russian court.
