New York Attorney General (AG) Letitia James has been indicted on allegations that she secured a favorable mortgage loan by misrepresenting the use of a Virginia home to house a “fugitive” relative.

Fmr FBI Director Comey pleads not guilty to charges stemming from 2020 congressional testimony

Former FBI Director James Comey pleaded not guilty to allegedly making false statements to Congress in 2020 in regards to the bureau’s 2016 investigation into President Donald Trump’s alleged ties to Russia.

Federal court allows Trump admin. to withhold Medicaid funds from Planned Parenthood

The First U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that the Trump administration may block Medicaid funding to Planned Parenthood while ongoing legal challenges proceed.

CECOT deportation lawsuit returns to District Court following Appeals Court decision
