Report: U.S. Economy Added 114K Jobs In July, Unemployment Increases To 4.3%

U.S. job growth slowed more than expected in July, with the unemployment rate increasing 4.3%, leading to fears that the labor market is faltering and the economy is heading for a possible recession.

Home Sales Drop For Third Straight Month, Prices Hit Record High

For the third straight month, sales of previously occupied U.S. homes fell in May as increasing mortgage rates and record-high prices discourage many potential homebuyers during what’s typically the housing market’s busiest period of the year.
