President Donald Trump has departed the United States on his way to tour three Asian nations and meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping.

North Korea Floats Trash Balloons Over To South Korea For Second Time: ‘Retaliation’

Balloons full of trash from North Korea have landed in South Korea’s presidential office compound and a U.S. military base nearby, disrupting some operations.

An American citizen has been detained in North Korea after crossing the border into the North without authorization, the Untied Nations Command announced on Tuesday.
