Mortgage Rates Hit 8%, American Families Struggling To Keep Up

New data from Redfin reveals that about 16 percent of pending home sales collapsed in September as mortgage rates hit 8 percent. One America’s Daniel Baldwin with more.

Soaring Interest Rates Crushing Home Sale Agreements

New data from Redfin has revealed that more than 16% of home-purchase agreements were canceled in September 2023. This is the highest number since October 2022.

Bidenomics: Mortgage Rates Jump to 8% For First Time In 23 Years

The average rate on the 30-year fixed mortgage rate reached 8% Wednesday morning, according to Mortgage News Daily. That is the highest mark since the year of 2000.
