US judge rules Apple violated order to reform App Store

Apple violated a U.S. court order that required the iPhone maker to allow greater competition for app downloads and payment methods in its lucrative App Store.

Legal Experts: Boasberg’s Criminal Contempt Push Will Go Nowhere

Legal experts say that a Federal District court judge’s attempt to possibly pursue criminal contempt charges against the trump administration will go nowhere.

DOJ Asks Judge To Order Steve Bannon To Begin Prison Sentence After Rejected Appeal

Following an appeals court’s upholding of his conviction last week, federal prosecutors on Tuesday asked the judge presiding over the criminal contempt of Congress case involving former Trump strategist Steve Bannon to order the start of his four-month sentence.
