David DePape’s legal team seeks to move trial from San Francisco

Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul, was reportedly beaten with a hammer last year during a home invasion in San Francisco, California. David DePape, a “hemp jewelry maker” originally from Powell River, British Columbia, was arrested on October 28th in connection with the unsuspecting attack.

Iowa’s Six-Week Abortion Ban Temporarily Blocked

A judge on Monday temporarily blocked Iowa’s recently signed law that would have banned abortions as early as six weeks, allowing abortions in Iowa to be legal up to 22 weeks into a pregnancy.
