Former politician and attorney Rudy Giuliani has lost a defamation lawsuit filed by two Georgia election staffers after he failed to produce material requested in subpoenas.

Arrested UNC Graduate Student Appears In Court After Campus Shooting

University of North Carolina (UNC) graduate student Tailei Qi has made his first court appearance after being arrested regarding a campus shooting that resulted in the death of a faculty member.
