A Japanese man, who spent over 40 years on death row after being wrongfully convicted, has been awarded $1.4 million in compensation.

Michigan: Supreme Court Rules Against Lawsuits Seeking Compensation Related To COVID-19 Lockdowns

On Friday, the Michigan Supreme Court ruled against businesses and college students seeking compensation in relation to the COVID-19 lockdowns in 5-2 majority rulings.
