Minnesota passes bill giving illegal immigrants access to free college education

Minnesota has approved a bill that would allow illegal immigrants to benefit from the state’s education aid program, proposing to make tuition 100% free in higher education if families make less than $80,000.

Student loan payments resume with debt limit agreement

The Biden administration will reportedly start collecting federal student loan payments and added interest for millions of Americans again by the end of the summer, as a result of the agreement reached by the president and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy to raise the country’s debt ceiling.

North Dakota Gov. signs bill preventing trans-athletes from joining female sports teams

Governor Doug Burgum has signed two bills into law on Tuesday night that forbid transgender individuals from playing on female sports teams in grades K–12, as well as higher education.
