AOC Demands Justice Clarence Thomas Recuse Himself From Colorado Ballot Case, Citing ‘Wife’s Conduct’  

Due to the justice’s wife’s alleged “attempts to rig the 2020 election,” Representative Alexandria Ocasio Cortez says that she is advocating for Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas to recuse himself from the Colorado case involving former President Donald Trump and his eligibility for the 2024 ballot.

Senate Dems ask billionaire Harlan Crow to list gifts he sent to Justice Clarence Thomas and others

In a move that coincides with Democrats escalating their efforts for ethics reforms at the court, the Senate Judiciary Committee demanded information on Monday from Republican megadonor Harlan Crow who has come under fire for providing extravagant trips and perks to Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.
