Biden Admin Asks SCOTUS To Review Red States’ Social Media Laws

President Joe Biden’s administration urged the United States Supreme Court to look into the Republican-backed laws regarding social media that were implemented in Texas and Florida.

Federal Judge Blocks Biden Asylum Policy

A federal judge has blocked the Biden administration’s policy for asylum seekers that went into effect after Title 42 was lifted.

Mayorkas: ‘border is not open’

After Title 42 was lifted on Thursday, the Biden administration have said that they have implemented “sweeping new policies” which are designed to restrict access into the United States.
