Biden administration to appeal decision which blocks the release of migrants without dates

Attorneys of the Justice Department asked the United States District Court in the Northern District of Florida for an emergency stay on the two-week restraining order that was placed on the Biden administration policy on Thursday, saying that the Biden administration plans to appeal the 11th circuit decision.

HHS confirms migrant child death in U.S. custody

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) have confirmed on Friday that a migrant teen died while in American custody this week. This is reportedly the second of such migrant deaths in two months.

Arizona Sheriff on the border crisis and the end of Title 42
