Alex Murdaugh Settles Wrongful Death Lawsuit Over Teen’s Boat Crash

The lawsuit against Alex Murdaugh was resolved by the family of a teenager who died in a boat accident involving Murdaugh’s now-deceased child. According to the prosecution, the incident allegedly incited the disgraced South Carolina lawyer to murder his wife and their youngest son, who caused the boat to crash.

Alex Murdaugh Murder Trial Court Clerk Accused Of Jury Tampering Resigns

Nearly two months after a judge questioned the credibility of a Colleton County, South Carolina, official but decided that the charges were insufficient to grant Murdaugh a new trial, the court clerk accused of interfering with the jury in Alex Murdaugh’s murder trial resigned on Monday.
