US says Boeing breached 2021 737 MAX criminal prosecution deal

The Justice Department said Boeing is subject to prosecution, but the government is determining how it will proceed in this matter.

Biden Admin. Sued By Major Airlines Over Fee Disclosure Rules

Major United States Airlines are suing the Biden Administration and the U.S. Transport Department (USDOT) over a new rule that requires upfront disclosure of airline fees.

Major airlines sue Biden administration over fee disclosure rule

A new rule requiring upfront disclosure of airline fees is the latest clash between air carriers and the Biden administration.

Boeing CEO Dave Calhoun, Other Executives To Resign Following Safety Incidents

Amid all the airline incidents, Boeing CEO Dave Calhoun has announced he will be leaving his role at the end of the year and the company’s chairman of the board will also be stepping down this spring.
