NTSB: Army chopper was ‘above altitude limit’ in deadly D.C. airport collision in January

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has announced that the U.S. Army chopper involved in the deadly mid-air collision in Washington, D.C., in January, was receiving faulty altitude data, prompting it to fly higher than intended.

Authorities: Only 1 survivor after Air India plane carrying 242 crashes minutes after takeoff

A Boeing passenger plane bound for London crashed shortly after takeoff in India on Thursday, killing 241 out of the 242 people on board.
