University Of Texas Introduces Free Tuition For Students From Families Earning Below $100K A Year

Beginning next fall semester, students accepted into any of the nine institutions for an undergrad program within the University of Texas (UT) system will receive free tuition and have all fees waived.

Report: U.S. Births Decreased Last Year

According to provisional statistics by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), a little under 3.6 million babies were born in 2023, which is approximately 76,000 less than in 2022 and the lowest number since 1979.

SCOTUS Allows Idaho To Enforce Near-Total Abortion Ban in Emergency Rooms

On Friday, the Supreme Court rejected a Biden administration attempt to guarantee easier access to abortion in hospitals located in red states by allowing Idaho to continue enforcing its restriction on the operation in emergency rooms.
