Congress urges Biden to keep distance from Beijing, focusing on Chinese EV batteries

A delegation of House legislators critical of China will go to Detroit, Michigan, on Tuesday to meet with key auto executives to reportedly try and shift the industry’s dependence away from PRC supply chains for the manufacturing of electric vehicle (EV) batteries.

Romanian prosecutors announced on Tuesday that Andrew Tate, notable internet personality and former professional kickboxer, along with his brother Tristan, have now been indicted on charges of rape, human trafficking, and forming an organized crime group.
