A Virginia nurse has been fired after filming a series of videos with instructions on how to “sabotage” U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.

On Tuesday, Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Health announced that the VCU Police were investigating the nurse over her viral videos.

“Following an investigation, the individual involved in the social media videos is no longer employed by VCU Health,” the hospital told Fox News on Tuesday, following the investigation. “In addition, VCU Health has fulfilled its reporting requirements under Virginia state law.”

“We prioritize the health and safety of anyone who comes to us for care. We are aware of a series of videos that appear to have been posted by an individual confirmed to be an employee of our health system,” VCU stated earlier. “The content of the videos is highly inappropriate and does not reflect the integrity or values of our health system.”

“VCU Police are assisting with this investigation. Per policy, while the investigation is underway, the individual is on administrative leave and will not be in our facilities or interacting with patients,” added the hospital.

The nurse in question, Malinda Cook, posted videos to a TikTok account called Redheadredemption, which she has since deleted. Libs of TikTok on X reposted a compilation of three of her videos after she was identified as an employee of VCU Health.

“Meet Melinda, a healthcare worker at @VCUHealth. She posted a series of videos encouraging people to inject ICE agents with succinylocholine, a temporary paralysis drug, and spray poison on them. She also encourages [women] to go on dates with agents and drug their food,” Libs of TikTok posted on X.

She added, speaking to the healthcare provider, “How can you have such a vile person working with patients? How can anyone feel safe at your facilities if you employ such people?”

In one clip, the fired nurse bragged that she thought of a new “sabotage tactic, or at least scare tactic.” She then encouraged medical providers to “grab some syringes with needles on the end,” and fill them with saline or succinylcholine, a neuromuscular blocker that causes immediate, temporary paralysis and can have side effects including muscle pain and heart rhythm changes.

In another clip, Cook told anyone with poison ivy or poison oak available to them to put it into water, then put the “poison ivy oak water” into a water gun.

“Aim for faces — hands,” she said.

In the final clip, she instructed “single ladies” to “do something … not without risk but [that] could help the cause, for sure.”

“Get on tinder, get on Hinge, find these guys. They’re around,” she said. “[If] they’re an ICE agent, bring some Ex-Lax and put it in their drinks. Get them sick. … Nobody’s going to die. Just enough to incapacitate them, get them off the street for the next day.”

She explained that this plan was “highly, easily deniable,” then suppressed a smile behind her hand.

“I’m just saying, let’s get them where they eat,” the former nurse said. “Somebody’s not going to be supporting these guys. Where’s the hotel where they eat? Who makes them breakfast? Let’s find them.”

She continued, “Let’s make their lives f***ing miserable. … Anything you can do to make their living conditions bad.”

After also suggesting hiding a dead fish somewhere in an ICE officer’s room, Cook concluded her video with the message, “Stay toxic.”
