U.S. Representative Henry Cuellar (D-Texas) was robbed by three armed attackers but was unharmed, his office said on Monday.

The Texas Democrat’s chief of staff Jacob Holberg said in a statement on Monday night: “As Congressman Cuellar was parking his car this evening, 3 armed assailants approached the Congressman and stole his vehicle. Luckily, he was not harmed and is working with local law enforcement.”

According to The Washington Post, the robbery of Cuellar happened in Washington’s Navy Yard, which is approximately a mile outside of the U.S. Capitol.

The robbery of Cuellar makes it the second assault on a member of Congress to happen in the District of Columbia this year. Democrat Representative Angie Craig (D-Minn) in February was assaulted in her apartment building and suffered bruises.

In November, Cuellar was re-elected to a 10th term in Congress. His district extends from the Rio Grande to San Antonio.
