According to insiders with knowledge of the situation, special counsel Robert Hur is expected to appear on March 12th at a public hearing before the House Judiciary Committee.

Hur’s probe into President Joe Biden’s handling of sensitive material led to requests for transcripts and audio recordings earlier this week, and House Republicans also made a request for his testimony.

Additionally, the Department of Justice (DOJ) has been requested to make available all transcripts and tapes of Hur’s interviews with Biden by House Republicans.

Despite discovering evidence that Biden “willfully retained” files, Hur stated in his report last week that he would not recommend charges against Biden for his handling of sensitive documents while he was not in office.

Hur also presented his own personal opinion that the president is a senile man with a faulty memory. He described President Biden as a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

However, the White House has adamantly denied Hur’s description of Biden in his report, especially in regards to his mental acuity and poor memory.

This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
