Former Supreme Court Justice David Souter has died at 85-years-old. On Friday, the U.S. Supreme Court announced that he had passed away the day before, on Thursday, at his home in New Hampshire.

President Donald Trump announced on Thursday that he is appointing Fox News star Jeanine Pirro, a former prosecutor and elected judge, to be the interim U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia — calling her a “powerful crusader.”

FBI Officially Launches Criminal Investigation Into N.Y. AG Letitia James Over Suspected Mortgage Fraud
